COLLECTION SERVICE CONDITIONS
The packaging box must include the charging base and the remote control, if it does, the product must be packaged correctly..
The measurements of the packaging should not exceed 35x35x40cm. Consult other measurements.
RECOMPONENTS has insurance that covers the costs for loss or damage caused during transport for a maximum amount of €500. Products that have not been correctly packaged by the customer will not apply the return conditions for damages caused during shipment. Transport is normally done by POSTAL MAIL.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1. Make the repair request.
2. Make the payment for the transport service.
3. We will send you a shipping label that you have to stick on the package.
4. When we have received the package, we will send you the estimate of the budget once accepted, we proceed to carry out the repair.
