CONDITIONS OF THE PICK UP SERVICE
The packaging box must include the CONSOLE and the remote control, if it does, the product must be packed correctly.
The measurements of the packaging should not exceed 40x40x20cm. Consult other measurements.
RECOMPONENTS is not responsible for loss or misplacement of the package. Transport is normally done by POSTAL MAIL.

3. We will send you a shipping label that you have to stick on the package.
4. When we have received the package, we will send you the estimate of the budget once accepted, we proceed to carry out the repair.

Is it the official service?
We are an independent Technical Service specialized in Television, Robot Vacuum Cleaners and Electronic Equipment, we have been working as a technical service for more than 25 years. All the parts we use are original.
How does our technical service work?
Our repair center is in Mallorca. Once the payment of the order is confirmed, we will send you a label by email or WhatsApp that you will have to paste on the package, between 24h and 48h we will send the transport company to the address that you indicated in your order. When you have completed the maintenance and repair process, we will send your repaired item to the address you provide.
What brand do we repair?
Our technical service repairs most brands on the market: PLAYSTATION, NINTEDO y XBOX.
What is included in the repair budget?
The budget includes the valuation of the repair, the shipment and return of the kitchen robot.
Warranty period?
The repair guarantee is three months, in the event that there is a problem during the guarantee period, the shipping costs will be paid by our company.
